About the Role:

Join a leading video streaming platform as a Video Content Analyst in Porto, Portugal. We are seeking a meticulous and motivated German-speaking professional to join our content moderation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and moderate
   - generated videos and related content, including complaints and copyright notices.
2. Ensure all content complies with legal guidelines and platform standards.
3. Manage and update social media content accurately and promptly.
4. Conduct audits of content intended for platform uploads.
5. Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the client.
6. Stay informed about product and service guidelines.
7. Maintain strict adherence to data protection protocols and process compliance.

What We're Looking For:

1. Fluency in German (C1 level) and intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level).
2. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. High attention to detail and dependability.
5. Ability to multitask effectively in a
   - paced environment.
6. Flexibility and adaptability with a professional attitude.
7. Comfort with repetitive tasks in a
   - production setting.
8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
9. Patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
10. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary.
11. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus.
12. An associate degree or equivalent education is preferred.
