IP is responsible for management of Road Infrastructure and provides public service in management of the Infrastructure of the National Railway Network (RFN).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the functionality and operation of stations and their equipment;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure compliance with concession contracts, including technical inspections of parking and commercial spaces;
  
  
  
  
• Superviseexternal service providers such as cleaning, security, utilities, and equipment maintenance;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor space occupancy and usage, and propose demolitions, vacuums, or space optimizations;
  
  
  
  
• Assist instation visits and events.

Requirements:

• Higher Education in Engineering;
  
  
  
  
• Professional experience in maintenance and coordination;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgeof concession contracts, protocols, and projects (preferable);
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto
  CAD;
  
  
  
  
• Residencyin the Lisbon metropolitan area;
  
  
  
  
• Driving license;
  
  
• Availability for business travel;
  
  
  
  
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  
  
  
  
• Effectiveintegration into ongoing projects;
  
  
  
  
• Continuous professional training;
  
  
  
  
• Current social benefits offered by the company.
