Responsibilities

As a Gestor de Clientes - Auto (m/f), your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule in conjunction with the Front Office Area Manager;
• Scheduling appointments with clients for inspections, repairs, and vehicle
  - ups;
• Ensuring customer service;
• Completing the Needs Assessment document, recording damages and anomalies related to the incident, as well as personal items in the vehicle;
• Providing clarifications or directing technical questions regarding the incident;
• Collecting all documentation related to the case;
• Delivering courtesy vehicles to clients;
• Promoting the sale of complementary services related to repairs, including damages related to the incident, washes, and waivers;
• Other responsibilities inherent to the role.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications at the level of a Bachelor's degree;
• Experience in customer service;
• Knowledge of the insurance area (preferred);
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented;
• Knowledge of English;
• Driver's license (mandatory);
• Computer skills at the user level;
• Immediate availability.
