We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Risk & Broking team at our Porto office.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the entire account management process, from approach to client retention, providing excellent service to meet objectives.
• Work closely with clients, insurance companies, reinsurers, and other WTW offices to resolve issues and identify opportunities to increase the value of services offered.

Operational Management of Products and Services

• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services.
• Support delivery of excellent service through standardized operational activities to assist senior managers/experts handling client and market interactions throughout the lifecycle of new business placements and renewals.

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• Proven track record of developing client relationships to generate revenue and meet targets.
• Experienced negotiator, capable of making critical decisions confidently.
• High proficiency in English.
• Ability to understand and act based on the client's risk profile and advise on their risk exposure.
• Genuine interest in business, establishing new contacts, and independently managing the client process.
• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, reinsurance, insurance companies, or banking activities.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power
  Point).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, including critical thinking and adaptability.
