Functions:

• sales and customer service
• sales of memeberships and packs
• prepare the teams' schedule
• managing and monitoring the team
• manage studio events
• propose new ideas and solutions to improve the company's services
• Promoting and selling add on products;
• Checking and responding to emails.
• Improve operational processes

Profile:

- Enjoy fitness and sports

- Fluency in BOTH English and Portuguese (mandatory), many clients will be foreigners

- Solid commercial/customer service experience in a related retail industry: fitness, fashion , store, restaurant or café and team management.

- Communication and interpersonal skills;

- Autonomous, dynamism and sense of responsibility;
