We are seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team in Lisbon. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in various structures such as windows, doors, skylights, and storefronts.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions
• Install glass in frames or secure it with clips or moldings
• Replace damaged or broken glass panes
• Remove old putty, sealant, or rubber to prepare surfaces for new glass installation
• Ensure proper alignment of glass panes and frames
• Install weatherproofing around edges of glass panes
• Fabricate and install metal frames for glass installation
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy sheets of glass
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

This position does not include accommodation but is suitable for experienced professionals in the field. As a Glazier with our company, you will work on various projects across Lisbon. We offer a competitive salary starting at $1500 per month.
