Part-Time Glazier in Almada



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Glazier to join our team in Almada. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass in various settings such as homes, offices, and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

- Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions
- Install glass in windows, doors, skylights, and other structures
- Repair or replace broken or damaged glass
- Remove old or broken glass from frames
- Secure glass with putty, caulking, or rubber gaskets
- Use tools such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut and shape glass
- Follow safety standards when handling glass and using tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for the best course of action

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Glazier
- Proficient in cutting and installing different types of glass (e. g. tempered, laminated)
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with glass
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with clients and team members
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if needed

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this
- time position.

This job is located in Almada, Portugal.
