24/7 Project Supervisor (Fluent in French and English)

We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to join our 24/7 supervision team. If you are fluent in French and English and have a passion for working in a dynamic and challenging environment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
• Technical knowledge in IT and networks is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise project operations on a 24/7 basis.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with support teams and clients in both French and English.
• Stay updated with best practices and operational procedures.

Customer Support with Danish for SAS Airlines (relocation to Warsaw, Poland)

Your responsibilities:

• You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help.
• Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
• Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump.
