FLUENT as a Global Account Manager, focusing on the German market and driving meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- 100% Sales job for the Large Enterprise Segment (6–9 month sales cycle, average deal €100k/year).
- Build and execute a business strategy and sales action plan with intensity.
- Drive account growth and revenue in the German territory through upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals.
- Partner closely with Customer Success teams to expand and maximize account value.
- Represent go
FLUENT at exhibitions, events, and client meetings across the territory.
What You’ll Need
- 2–5 years of successful value‑based B2B sales experience, track record of growing strategic accounts (Saa
S and international sales experience a plus). - Ability to drive value‑based B2B sales in complex client environments; consultative approach with multiple key stakeholders.
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks, good analytical skills.
- Strong ownership of territory; CEO mindset.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, comfortable in a fast‑paced business environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German (native or fluent) or English (minimum C1).
