What You'll Do
As a Global Benefits Manager, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of BCG’s employee benefits programs across the world. This role focuses on the operational and analytical aspects of Health, Life, Disability, and Business Travel Accident benefits. You will play a key role in ensuring plan effectiveness, compliance, and value, while contributing to the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise (COE)'s strategy through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process enhancement.
You will work closely with other members of the COE, and collaborate with BCG HR, Finance, Procurement teams, and external vendors to ensure delivery of compliant, cost‑effective, and employee‑centric benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing management and periodic review of insured benefits programs (e. g. , Healthcare, Life, Disability, Business Travel Accident, AD&D, Retirement, Work‑Life Harmony).
- Conduct benefit plan benchmarking and analysis to ensure alignment with BCG’s talent and business needs.
- Assist in reviewing insurance contracts and benefit plan documents with a focus on cost effectiveness, risk mitigation, and employee value.
- Collaborate with brokers and insurers during insurance renewals, ensuring accurate data is provided and analyzed to support decision‑making.
- Monitor claims trends using insured data and ICD coding to generate actionable insights for health and wellbeing strategies.
- Ensure timely and high‑quality support during renewals and procurement processes.
- Act as a knowledgeable partner to local and regional HR and Finance teams, providing guidance on plan administration, costs, and processes.
- Support global and regional COE initiatives by contributing technical and analytical input on regional benefits matters.
- Support the use and optimisation of the My
Benefits platform, working with COE team members focused on technology and enablement to drive user engagement and operational efficiency. - Contribute to content updates, functionality testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve the digital benefits experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline benefits processes and standardise documentation across countries.
- Help ensure compliance with global governance and local regulatory requirements across benefits programs.

What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in benefits management, broking, or consulting, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Working knowledge of employee benefits regulations and insurance market practices across the world.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting in Excel; comfortable in presenting findings in Power
Point. - Exposure to digital benefits platforms and an interest in technology‑enabled solutions.
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

- Benefits brokers and vendors to coordinate plan updates and issue resolution.
- Global, regional, and local HR and Finance teams on implementation and problem‑solving.
