This role involves supporting multinational clients directly and by working effectively with local colleagues in a variety of countries. You will be responsible for coordinating local brokerage and consulting services in the area of medical and other insured benefit programs, as well as supporting more senior colleagues to provide consulting services around all employee benefits to the headquarters. You will be part of WTW’s Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team and based in our Lisbon WTW office. The IGS team serves the needs of the headquarters of its multinational clients, operating in diverse business, cultural, language and regulatory environments.
IGS focuses on four key areas:
- country coordination and project management; strategic advice on employee benefits; technical expertise on global risk management; and supporting global reach.
What will you do?
- Provide data analytics, draft reports and presentations, update project trackers and work with Global Delivery Center (GDC) colleagues, as well as local country consultants and brokers, to obtain status updates.
- Manage clients’ benefits data, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates; facilitate and project manage initial technology and implementation tasks at project
- up. - Effectively manage projects using established project management trackers and technology to deliver successful outcomes across all countries.
- Support the use of Willis Towers Watson’s proprietary technology (e. g. , Benefits Insights, Benefits Data Source, Ben
Vals and other tools) to maximize client value from collected information. - Coordinate and project manage
- country projects (e. g. , global benefit benchmarking, cost savings projects, governance processes). - Assist the global consulting lead with proactive advice on optimizing global benefits management (local resources, brokers, consultants,
- party providers). - Deliver advice to multinational clients on financing risk benefit programs (self-insurance, pooling, captives) for feasibility, negotiation, selection, implementation and ongoing support.

- record letters and statements of work are in place. - Engage with
- country consultants/brokers to resolve local issues; participate in regular calls to communicate progress and resolve outstanding matters. - Review local broker reports and communications for consistency of style and message.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation or market practice to identify issues for clients.
Qualifications
The Essential Experience For This Role Is
- University Degree
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in German and/or French
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data; working knowledge of Microsoft Power
Point - Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Well organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize conflicting work schedules
- Hands-on experience with employee benefits or the insurance market is a plus
- Interest in international benefits
- Enjoys delivering complex solutions to internal and external clients, while delivering on time and on budget
Availability to travel as required.
