About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, creative and
- on Global Business Developer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, shaping customer experience, and helping us scale our operations while maintaining the
- driven,
- quality standard that defines Outland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships from first contact via email, whatsapp or social media using our CRM system and answer any questions they may have.
  • Guide customers through the process of technical review, land evaluation, permit application, manufacturing, delivery, installation and final
    - over.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and lawyers to coordinate project feasibility, timelines and finishing choices.
  • Support internal processes: permitting, site preparation, manufacturing schedule, delivery logistics.
  • Contribute to marketing & storytelling (website, pitch decks, socials).
  • Provide feedback to improve
    - market fit and operational efficiency.
  • Support financing/financial-offer evaluations for clients (if relevant).
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities — partnerships,
    - owners, distribution channels, or market segments.

What You Bring

  • Passion for architecture, design, sustainability and vacation housing.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Startup mindset:
    - on, proactive, adaptable.
  • Experience in sales, business development, project management or
    - estate is a plus.
  • Fluency in English;

    Portuguese is a plus.
