• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for Professional Services aligned with sustainability and business objectives.
• Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and risks in Indirect Services procurement.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and optimal agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to refine procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate subcontracting initiatives into business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and statutory requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding informed
  - making across the organization.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Indirect service/Professional services procurement.
• Expertise in negotiations and contract management, specifically Master Service Agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of Professional Service markets and emerging industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Nice-To-Have

• Experience in leading
  - functional teams in procurement initiatives.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations related to procurement processes.
• Proven ability to drive change and innovation in procurement strategies.
