- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for Professional Services aligned with sustainability and business objectives.
- Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and risks in Indirect Services procurement.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and optimal agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to refine procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to integrate subcontracting initiatives into business goals. - Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and statutory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding informed
- making across the organization.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Indirect service/Professional services procurement.
- Expertise in negotiations and contract management, specifically Master Service Agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of Professional Service markets and emerging industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Nice-To-Have
- Experience in leading
- functional teams in procurement initiatives. - Familiarity with compliance regulations related to procurement processes.
- Proven ability to drive change and innovation in procurement strategies.
- Understanding of environmental sustainability practices in procurement.
