Job Description

You will play a pivotal role to ensure Nokia's competitive market rates for both global and local transportation, local warehousing, and additional logistics services (e. g. ,
- model) within one or more geographical areas and scope.

You will be at the forefront working with global and local stakeholders and will be supported by a global
- functional category team in tenders and negotiations with local and global logistics service providers.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• End-to-end responsibility on tendering process (Rf
  Q, Rf
  I) for global and local logistics services (warehousing, transportation, customs clearance) based on business requirements and Nokia Sourcing Policies and Strategy.
• Responsible for rate negotiations with local and global logistics service providers.
• Responsible for rate management, analysis of offers and market data.
• Contract negotiation and contract lifecycle management using Nokia tools based on the Sourcing Strategy.
• Proactively maintain and develop cooperative relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
• Development and implementation of the category strategy.
• Support the development of global sourcing processes and tools.
• Monitor logistics service providers' performance & compliance and create development plans whenever appropriate.
• Work closely with the full procurement team in supplier selection to ensure a balanced portfolio with
  -
  - class cost and quality performance.

• Expertise in contract management and negotiation, strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and networking skills.
• Business acumen, ability to simplify complexity, familiar with
  - making, and leading through ambiguous situations.

  - cultural teamwork, and leverage it for mutual success. Pragmatic, curious, capable of managing and driving change, and ensuring compliance to Nokia standards for a sustainable supply chain.

• Ability to work under time pressure against goals.
• Basic understanding of transportation and warehousing within the category is essential.
• Understanding of current procurement tools is an asset.
• Language: English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word, Power
  Point, Power
  BI is an asset.

Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably BSc/MSc in economics, logistics, or international trade management.
