Mission

Position Summary
We are looking for aTeam Leaderto manage ourGlobal Command Centerteam in Lisbon. This role involves coordinating with our teams in Portugal and Singapore, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage through effective scheduling, and maintaining high standards in documentation and process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the Global Command Center team in Portugal
• Coordinate with teams in Singapore to ensure seamless global operations
• Define and manage shift schedules to support a

• Maintain and update the team’s skills matrix and operational documentation
• Monitor and improve processes to ensure service excellence

Profile

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a production environment (ITIL Framework)
• Technical expertise inTWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler)andshell scripting
• Proficiency inUnix/Linuxsystems
• Experience withticketing toolssuch asJiraorService
  Now
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage priorities and handle escalations effectively
• Fluent inEnglish(French is a plus)
• Availability for shift work:8:00 AM – 4:00 PMor4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Nice to Have:Knowledge of TWS scheduling tools and French language skills
