Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage our Global Command Center team in Lisbon. This role involves coordinating with teams in Portugal and Singapore, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage through effective scheduling, and maintaining high standards in documentation and process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the Global Command Center team in Portugal
• Coordinate with teams in Singapore to ensure seamless global operations
• Define and manage shift schedules to support a

• Maintain and update the team’s skills matrix and operational documentation
• Monitor and improve processes to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a production environment (ITIL Framework)
• Technical expertise in TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and shell scripting
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or Service

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage priorities and handle escalations effectively
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Availability for shift work: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of TWS scheduling tools and French language skills
