Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

As a Global Communication Services Trainee, you will mainly develop standardized communication materials for the corporate website and assist intranet editors and users worldwide with content management systems topics.

• Content Management: Handling standardized communication materials on Infineon-'s website, such as creating and uploading content to the content management system; uploading and laying out online articles for the internal employee magazine
• Support and Consulting: Providing general support to editors and
  - users, which may encompass page editing and content uploading; offering branding support and consulting services, including reviewing and approving designs
• Branding and Operational Requests: Processing standardized requests; operating
  - related processes, such as creating logo usage agreements for third parties, or purchasing music for digital communication formats
• Intranet Management: Supporting Global Intranet Management by performing regular tasks, such as maintaining widgets on the main intranet page and filling in calendar entries; updating and documenting communication materials and libraries in the intranet

Your Profile

Qualifications to help you succeed:

You enjoy making visuals look appealing, have an eye for detail, and always ensure documentation is up to date. You are highly oriented towards customers and processes, but also use your creativity to add value to results and resolve difficulties.

• Education: Degree in Communication Sciences, Languages, Web Technologies, Content Production, or a similar field
• Working Style: Pay attention to detail and are
  - oriented, having a pragmatic, collaborative, and inspirational working style
• Documentation Skills: Have experience in creating and maintaining documentation, acquired either through formal job experience or during academic studies, internships, or associative activities
• Management Systems: Having experience with management systems is a plus
• Language Skills: Are fluent in English; German is a plus
