• Advisory services in the valuation and acquisition of portfolios;
• Design of processes and implementation of management tools;
• Development of servicing solutions for different types of assets;
• Advisory department supporting portfolio acquisition operations and
  - investment alongside its clients.

1) BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Full management of the scorecard process across all areas, acting as the main point of contact between local and Global Teams and other internal departments. Ensure that all processes are delivered on time and with full consistency.

2) RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and manage scorecard manuals, ensuring compliance with approved rules;
• Coordinate changes and new rules with local and global teams;
• Design scorecards for new areas/departments/portfolios and define metrics and thresholds;
• Test scorecards using real data and prepare
  - level analyses;
• Define and monitor quarterly objectives, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic targets;
• Train and support Directors and local teams in the use of scorecards;
• Act as a single point of contact between departments;
• Report results and progress to executive management.

• Knowledge of incentive programmes and compensation governance;
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and management skills;
• Clear and persuasive communication; strategic thinking;
• Detail-oriented, organised and adaptable;
• Advanced Excel and data analysis tools;
• Mandatory fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

4) QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Management or related fields;
• Experience: Previous experience in senior analytical roles, Portfolio Management or Controlling.
