What You'll Do
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join BCG’s Global Compliance team in a senior analyst role focused on Training and Communications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a
- impact team at the forefront of embedding compliance culture across the firm.
This role will take a lead in driving global training campaigns and strategic communication initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong PMO skills, experienced storytelling, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working across geographies and stakeholder groups. You will help shape how BCG empowers its people to lead with integrity and understand key compliance concepts, partnering with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, L&D, Legal, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with L&D teams and SMEs to manage the timely design of global compliance training programs.
- Lead the

- end planning and execution of global compliance training and communications campaigns. - Apply strong PMO methodologies: develop project timelines, manage workflows, track actions, and drive accountability across teams.
- Prepare compelling training and communications materials tailored for diverse global audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Design, amplify, and implement tailored communication plans that resonate with employees in the region, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility throughout the transformation process.
- Conduct research on training trends, developments, and
- leading practices to keep BCG ahead of the curve. - Leverage analytics and data storytelling to convey training impact, emerging trends, and areas of risk.
- Partner with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure accurate reporting and dashboard enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Serve as a key contact across the Global Risk function, Compliance SMEs, Regional Risk teams, L&D, and internal communications.
- Support engagement efforts to promote the Compliance function and increase training visibility across the firm.
- Build strong relationships across cultures and time zones, maintaining momentum on multiple projects.
- Mentor and coach apprentices and junior colleagues as part of talent development and knowledge sharing.
Special Projects and Campaign Innovation
- Co-lead or contribute to the development of global communication campaigns and branding efforts.
- Apply principles from behavioural psychology, change management, and behavioural economics to support effective compliance culture change.
- Support development and implementation of communication frameworks aligned with BCG’s global risk goals.
- Identify new approaches and digital tools to enhance the reach and effectiveness of training.
- Design and produce visually appealing communication materials (newsletters, presentations, reports) that turn data into engaging stories to communicate key messages effectively.
Support the broader compliance and risk agenda through strategic initiatives and
- functional projects.

- Exploring innovative ways to leverage Gen AI and digital solutions to enhance training, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Bring
- Academic background in communications, learning and development, business, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
- 3–4 years’ experience in compliance, corporate communications, training, or project management, preferably in a global professional services or regulated industry.
- Experience managing
-
- end training or communication campaigns using tools like Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power
Point and Excel. Familiarity with LMS platforms (e. g. , Saba) and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI) is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfort with adopting and experimenting with new technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency.
- A strong interest in leveraging Gen AI to enhance communication strategies, automate tasks, and improve training delivery.
- Commitment to confidentiality and a genuine interest in compliance, ethics, and business conduct.
