We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Global Contract Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our Lisbon office. In this role, you will be part of the Contract Management team within the Global Business Excellence department, responsible for managing and overseeing the global contract process. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and successful contract execution at both global and local levels. About the role

• Take responsibility for the efficient and
  - oriented management of global contracts across multiple business units. You take charge of rolling out partner contracts to new markets
• Identify and manage potential risks in contracts and propose strategies to mitigate them. You ensure all contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate, create, and implement contract amendments at both global and local levels, ensuring accurate change log management
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive contract database to ensure easy access and version control
• Work closely with other specialist departments (e. g. , Legal, Business Development, Project Management, Finance, Strategic Operations) to ensure the legally compliant drafting and formulation of partner contracts
• Answer questions and provide support related to contract matters, ensuring contract understanding across teams. You provide training and guidance to business units and stakeholders on
  - related matters and best practices

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or JD is a plus
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Contract management, with a strong understanding of legal principles, experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts is needed
• Experience in the field of an internationally operating company and comfortability working across different global teams and jurisdictions
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, and experience in working with contract management software is a big plus
• Strong motivation to dive into contract matters, complete repetitive tasks with the highest precision, and become a true expert in contract management
• Demonstrate an independent and reliable work style, attention to detail, high organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and task ownership, discretion, and a high level of commitment
• Excellent communication skills, both in terms of consulting and negotiating, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Teamwork and a confident,
