• Define and oversee the brand’s creative direction across all channels and markets, ensuring a cohesive, innovative, and impactful identity.
• Actively generate and write creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations.
• Play a direct role in photo and video shoots, from briefing and scripting to
  - set creative guidance.
• Lead ideation and execution of major creative campaigns (product launches, seasonal activations, partnerships).
• Guarantee compelling and consistent storytelling across digital, social, retail, and customer experience touchpoints.
• Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with designers, content creators, and brand specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Stay ahead of cultural, creative, and digital trends, continuously proposing new formats and approaches to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

• Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a creative leader.
• Strong portfolio showing both strategic creative direction and hands‑on content work.
• Excellent writing and concept development skills.
• Experience in creative production (photo/video shoots, scripting, storyboarding).
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required).
