BPO (Business Process Optimization) at CEVA involves an exchange of services and expertise to increase efficiency across Europe, based on strategic agreements.

We seek a young, dynamic, empathetic individual capable of learning and adapting in a constantly evolving environment, who enjoys teamwork.

Role: 3PL IFFO (Invoicing Team) at our BPO

• Operational and accounting control and monitoring of international transport processes
• Monitoring the accounting process at an administrative level
• Checking documentary compliance
• Ensuring correct data entry in digital processes

Must have:

• Proficiency in English
• Good computer skills
• Office software and
  - house system (training provided)
• Excel proficiency
• Organizational skills, dynamism, and entrepreneurial spirit

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or experience in transport or accounting sectors
