Digital Transformation Consulting apports Management Consulting competences, focused in 3 main areas:

• CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX): allows our clients to transform their relationships with their customers and create experiences (e. G. Customer Journeys, Sales Effectiveness)
• SUSTAINABILITY: support our clients to accelerate their net zero transformation at each step of the journey (e. G. ESG Strategy, Climate Change and Carbon Accounting)
• ORGANIZATIONAL, PROCESSES & CULTURE TRANSFORMATION: support our clients in the improvement of their performance as well as in the assistance to achieve their goals (e. G. Digital Operational efficiency, HR transformation)

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in digital transformational projects, in designing organizational models, process optimization and customer experience;
  
  
  
  
• Practice in development of commercial proposals, point of views and other documents present in the consulting value chain;
  
  
  
  
• Understanding of projects management activities;
  
  
  
  
• Good understanding or interest of one or more of the following industries: Energy, Telco, Consumer Products Retail and distribution, Healthcare, Financial Services (Insurance and/or Banking);
  
  
  
  
• Degree in
  Management, Economics or similar;
  
  
  
  
• Past or actual proven experience in Management Consulting in a top tier consulting firm is a plus;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in
  English (both verbal and writen).
