Global Finance Master Data Champion

Aim of the role;

Ensure consistency and accuracy of the Global Chart of Accounts (Co
A) and Finance Master Data across multiple countries, supporting standardization and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the harmonization of the Chart of Accounts across global ERP systems
• Review and validate General Ledger account requests from local teams
• Maintain

  - date Finance Master Data documentation
• Help implement a new global Chart of Accounts across all platforms
• Act as the
  - to contact for posting rules and master data queries
• Translate
  - level requests into ERP-compatible master data (accounts, entities, intercompany materials)
• Ensure alignment between accounting standards, core models, and master data
• Oversee updates to Order-to-Cash master data (e. g. , materials)
• Lead or support master data projects, such as consolidation tools, tax compliance (e-invoicing), and Co
  A migration
• Serve as backup to the Master Data Lead

Requirements

• Fluent English
• 5+ years’ experience in Accounting and IFRS
• Solid knowledge of Chart of Accounts and ERP finance modules (SAP FICO or Microsoft D365)
• Proven experience working with finance leadership in a global organization
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Confident in challenging requests and proposing improvements
• Adaptable and collaborative in multicultural teams
