The Global FP&A Analyst role will provide financial analysis to support Global FP&A across multiple regions and countries, with a specific focus around supporting the recurring monthly tasks and regional FP&A teams. The role will work very closely with Global and Regional teams to provide impactful financial analysis and accurately forecast the financial outlook, while driving performance improvements.

Core Responsabilities:

• Partner closely with the regional teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely forecasting.
• Drive ongoing enhancements to global FP&A processes and reporting, focusing on streamlining, standardization, and enhancing visualization.
• Conduct fundamental financial analysis to evaluate monthly performance, facilitate monthly management reviews (MMRs), contribute to quarterly forecasting exercises, and participate in the development of annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Support the Global FP&A Manager in delivering P&L summaries, variance analysis, revenue reporting, and KPI reporting to the business on a weekly/monthly/Quarterly and yearly basis.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business inquiries and support
  - making processes.

Technical Competencies:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant combined work experience within decision support functions at medium or large companies with international operations.
• Knowledge of Company’s Systems, architectures, and other enabling technologies.
• Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance best practices.
• Comfortable managing operational decisions and driving the regional GBS’s strategic direction.
• Regional Strategic Analytical acumen combined with the ability to find creative solutions.
