The Head of SEO will lead organic growth and SERP domination across Odds Scanner’s
- driven portfolio in sports, casino, and betting. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves managing a global team of 80+ SEOs, owning growth targets, budgets, hiring, and P&L, while integrating AI-driven content systems, technical SEO excellence, and advanced link acquisition strategies.

• Strategic: Define and execute global SEO strategy, prioritize
  - ROI keyword clusters, and establish experimentation frameworks.
• Operational: Lead and mentor SEO, content, and technical teams;
  
  
  
  build workflows;
  
  integrate AI/LLM-assisted systems;
  
  
  
  implement KPIs.
• Technical: Oversee SEO architecture, crawling, indexing, site performance;
  
  
  
  manage tool stack(GA4, Looker, Semrush, Ahrefs).
• Content & Automation: Build AI-driven content pipelines, enforce E-A-T standards, leverage LLMs for ideation and optimization.
• Link Acquisition: Design diversified
  - building strategies (PR, outreach, sponsored placements, niche edits, networks), monitor ROI and compliance.
• Financial & Commercial: Own P&L, forecast and budget, optimize spend, report ROI by market/channel, present results to leadership.

• 7+ years of SEO experience in
  - led, affiliate, or
  - site businesses (i
  Gaming preferred)
• Proven success in SERP domination and
  - scale organic growth
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO,
  - led SEO, and link acquisition
• Experience leading senior managers and distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM content workflows and SEO automation
• P&L ownership or budget management experience
• Advanced analytical skills and
  - driven mindset
• Fluent English;
