The Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and technically skilled Global HR Analytics Specialist to drive the implementation, optimization, and governance of our future HRIS systems and HR processes worldwide.
This role will focus on building scalable workflows, ensuring data integrity, and standardizing global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Future HRIS Implementation & Process Excellence
- Lead and support our future global HRIS implementation, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring smooth system adoption globally.
- Design, document, and optimize global HR workflows (onboarding, performance management, total rewards, benefits, and payroll support).
- Serve as the HRIS global administrator, overseeing configurations, user roles, permissions, and security.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure systems and processes are aligned, compliant, and efficient.
- Data Management & Analytics, and
- hoc reporting.
- Own global HR data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with GDPR and other international regulations.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Provide analytics and insights to leadership to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and leverage data for predictive insights.
- Partner with regional HR teams to align local processes with global standards while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in global annual HR cycles, including performance reviews, annual total compensation reviews, global bonus reviews, benefits enrollment, leveraging HRIS tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with focused on preferably HRIS implementation, administration, or HR analytics in a global environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with leading HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills with the capability to manage and analyze large datasets (data visualization skills like Power BI or similar is an advantage).
- Experience in workflow design, HR process mapping, and global process harmonization.
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
