Activities Of The Team Include
- Headcount monitoring & reporting (Ex
Co Dashboard…) - Data Management
- Systems administration (SPEAR, My Learning…)
- Performance Review & 180° processes management
- Learning & Development support & reporting
- Global HR Processes management (Specific Populations, JAD…)
- Data Protection
Administrate CIB HR Transversal projects/processes
- Manage the full
- up of campaigns, acting as project office in the definition of the content and technical setup - Administrate platforms such as About Me/ Medallia/ Qualtrics
- Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), documentation & training materials
- Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework
- Act as the main contact for Group HR representing CIB
- Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees
- Produce dashboards & ad hoc reporting
- Manage each campaign as a project
- Administrate the platform
- Responsible for the setup of communications (incl. mass mailing), scope, timeline with deliverables, documentation & training materials
- Responsible of the official reporting within a strong control framework
- Produce dashboards & ad hoc reporting
- Provide direct support to the different stakeholders: local HR, managers & employees
- Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients
- Take over the management of global HR processes
- Setup and follow up of the projects from the specifications up to the go live
- Systems administration & support
- Strong reporting/consolidation or process management experience
- Management of large databases
- Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc. ) package advanced level
- Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders
