What You'll Do
You’ll be part of HR Shared Services Team supporting the Middle East (UAE, KSA & Qatar) HR Team with HR administrative support in Mobility and Teaming@BCG Process. As HR Assistant you working closely with the Mobility and Teaming@BCG teams.
BCG provides opportunities for employees across all consulting tenures to enhance their development at BCG through Mobility. There are many options within four experience types (geographic,
- focused, internal and external opportunities), and ME Mobility supports our CT and BST with identifying the correct opportunity and delivering these global mobility programs across the ME system (Dubai, Doha and Riyadh). The ME Mobility team is made up of 1 Manager and 1 Junior Specialist.
Teaming@BCG is a strategic function originally designed and launched in 2005 for all consulting staff. Its ambition is to enable
- performing teams to consistently deliver superior case experience, supporting BCG's broader EVP. To do so, it deploys experienced senior consultants (Project Leaders, Principals, Partners) as coaches to facilitate project team discussions and actions, optimizing Value Focus, Team Trust, Growth Mindset & Sustainability. In the Middle East, Teaming is led by a team of 3 permanent BSTers (Director and Senior Managers), 3 rotating coaches (PPPLs), and a MDSP. ME is also currently expanding Teaming to all of BST.
Your responsibilities will include:
ME Mobility administration (50%)
- Maintaining accurate records and digital sites across various systems (Pathways, APro, ME-HR, Mobility tracker, digital signage, Slack channels etc. )
- Supporting with ME Mobility and MERWA mailboxes
- Supporting in ME Mobility Committee Review preparation – downloading applications from Pathways
- Scheduling the initial discussions, interviews and regular
- in calls for all in/outbound transfer candidates - Working on ad hoc administrative task as required
Teaming survey administration and reporting (30%)
- Set up new Teaming surveys
- Modify Teaming surveys
- Close Teaming surveys
- Prepare weekly survey reporting for survey review by team
- Generate monthly Teaming matrix
- Update Teaming Tableau Dashboard
- Generate report of survey participation rate and
- up - Liaise with Staffing to identify new cases and changes
General support of team of coaches (20%)
- Administer Teaming mailbox
- Support onboarding and offboarding of rotating Teaming coaches
- Schedule case connects, 1on1s and other key meetings
- Support travel booking for permanent coaches
- Support expenses management for permanent coaches
What You'll Bring
- Relevant administrative experience up to 2 years preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong verbal communication skills;
fluency in English - Advanced level computer skills:
Windows, Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook - Ability to use
- based systems and report running - Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
- Organizational skills:
handling competing priorities effectively - Resourcefulness and strong
- solving capabilities - Excellent customer service skills and an empathetic nature
- Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
- You have a positive attitude and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
