What You'll Do
You will be a core member of the Collaboration & Excellence Team in Global HRSSC, playing a pivotal role in leading quality, documentation, and reporting initiatives for your respective Hub. You will be accountable for representing
- level data and insights while contributing to global frameworks. By guiding peers, influencing stakeholders, and elevating standards, you will help shape operational excellence across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality reviews and audits of HRSSC processes within your Hub, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
- Participate in global forums for
- level reviews, ensuring transparency and accuracy. - Drive the development, governance, and adoption of process documentation standards (SOPs, playbooks, frameworks).
- Oversee the work of junior team members and provide mentoring to strengthen quality and reporting practices across the HRSSC.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify issues, conduct
- cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions. - Build or enhance dashboards/reports that provide actionable insights to senior leadership, enabling strategic
- making. - Lead initiatives for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across hubs.
- Serve as a
- matter expert and advisor for projects impacting HRSSC operations.
You’re Good At
- Applying established frameworks and standards to support documentation and reporting.
- Identifying potential challenges and suggesting practical,
- informed solutions. - Working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Breaking down moderately complex problems and contributing to process improvements.
- Managing confidential data with integrity and professionalism.
- Summarizing and organizing

- making. - Managing workload effectively under pressure, with sound judgment and prioritization.
- Supporting process excellence through reliable execution and a continuous improvement mindset.
What You'll Bring
- A graduation degree;
- graduate degree or professional certification preferred. - Approximately 5+ years of experience in shared services, quality/process improvement, or reporting/analytics roles.
- Proven expertise in tools such as Workday, Service
Now, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, Power
Point, and Visio. - Experience leading projects and influencing outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build consensus.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
