Job Purpose
The Global HRIS function at COFCO International is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of global HCM technologies. The Global HRIS Specialist plays a key
- on role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Success
Factors and other HR systems to support business and HR operations globally. This role bridges the gap between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring automation, data integrity, and scalability of HRIS solutions. As a technical expert, the specialist ensures system stability, smooth integration with other platforms, data governance, and user adoption while driving digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration & Technical Consulting: Serve as the SAP Success
Factors Subject Matter Expert, managing configurations across multiple modules. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
- Perform system troubleshooting, testing, validation, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- System Integrations & Technical Oversight: Manage and optimize integrations between Success
Factors and external platforms such as SAP and payroll systems. - Work closely with IT to monitor, enhance, and troubleshoot APIs, SFTP jobs, and data flows.
- Oversee integration schedules and change control for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Service Management & User Support: Provide support for HR, IT, and
- users, resolving incidents and inquiries effectively. - Coordinate with external service providers to ensure SLA compliance and continuous improvement.

Factors releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment. - Assess and implement enhancement requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- HRIS Projects & Continuous Improvement: Lead or support global and regional HRIS projects focused on process automation and digital transformation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement scalable solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging HR technologies, tools, and trends (e. g. , AI in HR, advanced analytics).
- Data Governance & Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and internal IT security policies.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system access controls.
- Support the implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP Success
Factors Employee Central accreditation is strongly preferred; additional certifications (e. g. , Recruiting, Learning, Compensation) are a plus. - Fluent English.
- 3+ years of
- on experience with HRIS in a global environment. - Experience with HR systems integration, configuration, and technical administration.
- Proven involvement in HRIS projects, including implementations and upgrades.
- Experience in global companies with matrix environments is desirable.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Expertise in HRIS configuration and architecture.
- Integration Know-How: Understanding of APIs, middleware (e. g. , SAP BTP Integration Suite), and system interconnectivity.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Strong focus on data quality, security, and compliance.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and deploy effective fixes.
- Process Optimization: Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
- Project & Change Management: Comfortable managing HRIS changes, releases, and driving adoption.
- Business Acumen & Collaboration: Skilled at partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and
- party vendors.
