We're looking for a

Global IT Infrastructure & Operations Director

to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of a
- class technology environment across a network of international sites.

cloud and data centre operations

to

networks, OT, and

- performing systems that support global business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver a
  
  global infrastructure & operations strategy
  
  aligned with business goals.
• Lead
  - site teams, building a culture of
  
  accountability, reliability, and innovation
  
  .
• Manage
  
  cloud, data centre, and network operations
  
  — ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee
  
  ITIL-based service delivery
  
  — including incident management and service desk performance.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance to maintain
  
  Gx
  P, GDPR, and ISO 27001
  
  standards.
• Drive
  
  cloud migration, automation, and legacy system modernisation
  
  .
• Lead vendor partnerships and
  
  global IT budgets
  
  — ensuring value and cost efficiency.
• Mentor and develop
  - performing global teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, with at least 5 in a
  
  global leadership role
  
  .
• Strong background in
  
  cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
  
  , networking, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience with
  
  ITIL, Dev
  Ops, and cybersecurity frameworks
  
  .
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in
  
  regulated or manufacturing environments
  
  (Life Sciences, Pharma, or similar) a strong advantage.
