We are looking for an Amazing: International Solutions Manager

Seniority: 2+ years

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Role summary: This position focuses on delivering IT-related solutions in collaboration with clients, managing relationships, and supporting growth within accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, recruitment, or talent management
• Strong track record in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates (especially in IT roles)
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure
  - win agreements
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
• Experience managing relationships with clients and supporting account growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (French is a strong plus)
