We are looking for an Amazing: International Solutions Manager

Seniority: 2+ years

Location : Hybrid, Lisbon

Skills Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, recruitment, or talent management;
• Strong track record in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates (especially in IT roles);
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to ensure
  - win agreements;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously;
• Experience managing relationships with clients and supporting account growth;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (French is a strong plus);
