Global Key Account Manager Maia

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will hold a critical leadership role responsible for nurturing and expanding the business relationship with one of our key customers across North America and Europe.

This role involves developing strategic account plans, driving business growth and new business opportunities, achieving quarterly goals, and fostering collaboration among internal and external teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement key account strategies to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and collaborate across multiple areas of the organization.
• Have direct responsibility for one premier customer account, establishing and maintaining strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Become an industry expert on the overall market, pricing, and competitive landscape, positioning yourself as a top performer and capitalizing on strategic opportunities for growth.
• Bring innovative ideas and build rapport with external customers across locations and divisions, strengthening relationships through roadmaps and strategic initiatives that ensure
  - term success.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline, while developing creative solutions to complex challenges that enhance overall efficiency.
• Network with industry professionals and potential partners by attending trade shows, conferences, and other key events.
• Provide regular reports and strategic updates to the Global SVP of Sales in Germany and the US team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience and knowledge in technical sales. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 4-5 years of previous logistics/parcel experience, manufacturing, or similar experience, as well as proven experience in team management and team development.
