What You'll Do

The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating, ensuring operational quality, and executing our Global training offer and projects with a focus on EMESA countries. Training events are essential for
- facing staff to build core capabilities, develop their regional network, and provide affiliation and networking opportunities. There will also be opportunities to drive functional projects to implement operational and strategic priorities.

• Run multiple training events and projects across the calendar year. Program sizes range from ~30 to 300 participants and events take place in virtual, blended, hybrid, and
  - person formats across Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence of events (virtual, hybrid, or live) that are enjoyable and memorable for learners.
• Act as event/project owner, collaborating with teams that will support you in organizing training.
• Partner with the broader team, content managers, and key stakeholders to ensure a valuable learner experience.
• Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to set up great learning experiences (e. g. , hotels, outsourcing service companies, facilitators, people teams, and the innovation team).
• Understand BCG’s strategy, business, and learner needs, and use those data points to implement L&D activities as the business evolves.

Our training programs include but are not limited to Consulting Journey and Leadership Journey programs.

What You’ll Bring

We Are Looking For This Person To Have

• A passion and interest in Learning & Development
• A degree in any discipline; vocational training in Event Management/Hotel/Tourism or a bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• 2-4 years’ work experience in an operations role within professional services is preferred
• Good understanding of BCG business and learners’ needs and how to translate that into L&D actions
• Skilled with a variety of technical tools used for virtual events (video conferencing, collaborative and communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, Outlook, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, survey tools, etc. )
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details and stakeholders
• Experience organizing virtual/online meetings is relevant
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Power
  Point, Excel, Outlook, Word)
