What You’ll Do
The Global L&D Transformation Management Office (TMO) supports effective decision making at global and regional levels to transform our L&D function. You will partner with the leadership of Global COEs, regional L&D organizations, and the global and regional finance functions for joint financial planning. - off recommendations, opportunity sizing, and investment prioritization. You will combine strong analytical and modeling skills with strategic thinking about cost drivers, value creation, and business impact. The work spans
- year strategic planning, annual planning, and
- hoc scenario simulations (e. g. , ROI of expanding coaching programs or investing in new learning technologies). You will lead and support
- functional initiatives, applying financial acumen to drive transformation projects across L&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Oversight — Lead the
-
- end management of the global L&D budget, ensuring alignment with overall business and HR priorities; drive
- level decisions, evaluate investment opportunities, and recommend
- offs to optimize ROI. - Financial Planning & Modeling — Shape 2–3-year strategic plans through financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development; develop frameworks to evaluate emerging investment areas (e. g. , digital learning platforms, coaching, leadership development).
- Stakeholder Influence — Act as the key financial liaison between global finance and L&D leadership, integrating financial insights into corporate strategy; provide clear,
- driven recommendations to influence senior leaders’
- making. - Special Projects & Transformation — Partner with L&D and HR leaders on special projects, ensuring financial viability and alignment with transformation goals; support initiatives such as carbon reduction commitments and integration of specialty businesses.
- Insights & Communication — Deliver
- level insights through financial storytelling, dashboards, and presentations; present recommendations with clarity to translate analyses into actionable strategies. - Collaboration & Leadership — Build relationships across L&D, finance, and HR leadership to foster trust and drive alignment; contribute to leadership discussions as a thought partner on financial and business strategy.
You’re Good At

- Being the subject matter expert for all financial aspects of the supported function; proactively learn the business to align financials with value and services provided.
- Strong judgment to influence decisions with senior management through ownership of annual financial planning, cost trend analysis, business cases, and portfolio management for investments and
- scale transformations. - Ability to prioritize and maintain a
- picture view for educated decision making. - Team management skills to balance overall prioritization and individual role satisfaction.
- Consultative problem solving, working with stakeholders to understand problems, provide accurate analysis, and offer viable solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 7 years of related finance or management consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics and/or MBA preferred
- Excellent communication skills—in both oral and written forms—with the ability to present to and influence senior management
- Collaborative team player with a passion for working in a
- functional environment - Critical thinking and problem solving; ability to work through complex problems and provide thoughtful solutions
- Motivation and
- drive; excited to tackle challenges and proactively provide value to senior leadership - Advanced Excel skills for building scalable financial models and analyzing large data sets
- Advanced Power
Point presentation skills to turn data into business insights - Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Think-Cell, Power
