We are looking for a talented and experienced engineering leader to join our team and lead the development of software solutions with both
- end and
- end components. Your team will be responsible for delivering products that support internal operations and drive our

Please ensure your CV is submitted in English as part of your application. Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
- Own the architecture and development of
- stack applications using React, Next. Js, and Node. Js- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate requirements into actionable development
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and high system
- Design and implement scalable backend services leveraging AWS
- Drive best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and system
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure
- time delivery
Requirements- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management
- Strong expertise in Type
Script, React, Next. Js, and Node. Js- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Document
DB, Lambda, EKS, API Gateway, S3, etc. )- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev
