Global Learning Content and Delivery Specialist
The Global Learning Content and Delivery Specialist contributes to the overall learning strategy and roadmap and executes the elements of the strategy that fall under their scope. In this role you will own the content build of the learning material, take part in deliveries as required and maintain our learning management system, translating the global strategy to operational impact through the design and execution of learning and development content.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the learning content administrators to build and deliver New Hire curriculum with a focus on building efficiency in New Hire speed to competency, without compromising on quality.
- Tailor New Hire Training to the profile of our new hires ensuring maximum engagement during new colleagues' first impressions of Navan.
- Own the content build of the learning material, take part in deliveries as required and maintain our learning management system. Translate the global strategy to operational impact through the design and execution of learning and development content.
- Work with the wider learning development team to create a content strategy and plan for onboarding new hires as well as pathways for existing colleagues.
- Ensure all learning initiatives align with the Global Service and Operations learning environment and culture, allowing learners to build learning habits around content and styles of learning material.

- off process with relevant stakeholders before publication. - Collaborate with the standards trainer to create a consistent content format that standardises the way we build and deliver learning content globally, accommodating regional variances and environmental conditions (e. g. , remote, hybrid, and
- office learning). - Regularly connect with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of Global Operations and Service and the wider Navan company to manage relationships and influence for successful completion of tasks.
- Deliver training content that drives successful outcomes, catering to different learning needs and regional/environmental differences such as hybrid, remote and
- office learning. - Be an ambassador for feedback. Create and maintain feedback loops relating to training content and delivery at all levels, encouraging, capturing, championing and implementing feedback where appropriate.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to stay ahead of changing landscapes in the travel industry, e. g. , collaborating with CAPS or Product teams to build content based on product enhancements, regulation changes or sourcing strategies.
- Be the expert and build your knowledge through continuous learning opportunities to become the expert across all things travel and Navan, staying up to date with travel industry standards and customer experience excellence.
- Develop and implement a framework for learning and development success throughout the curriculum build in collaboration with the standards trainer, using consistent formats for maximum learner takeaway.
- Complete and maintain regular Learning Needs Analyses to assess organizational needs and work with Global Operations and Service leadership to implement required learning based on styles, gaps and region.

- Has experience in driving business and performance impact from a Learning & Development perspective, using a strategic and analytical mindset and stakeholder consulting to ensure learning is the right solution.
- Customer focused with understanding that the outcome of learning activity is to positively impact customer experience delivery.
- Ability to partner with the business to identify learning needs and design and deliver
- class learning solutions, campaigns and programs aligned with global learning strategy, plan and priorities. - Ability to evaluate learning interventions and programmes to ensure
- quality outcomes; define key success metrics and translate them into a learning and performance data dashboard to measure ROI. - Possesses proficient knowledge of Learning and Development theories and methodologies to support clear and engaging learning solutions.
- Creates meaningful feedback loops, encouraging and championing feedback using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvement.
- Uses best practices and innovative approaches in design, testing, and implementation of learning programs to achieve desired results.
- Identifies and pursues
- development, working with the Learning and Development manager to build and execute a personal development pathway. - Understands different learning styles and tools available to deliver defined learning outcomes.
- Proven
- up presentation skills and ability to manage a class of 12+ students. - Can communicate with confidence and has experience in a TMC/BT role covering all supplier products (air, rail, car, hotel).
- Understands and can use Sabre and Amadeus to a high level.
- 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development Specialist or Content role.
- Customer service experience within a contact center or
- facing role. - Fluency in English (C1 Level) – Mandatory
