What You'll Do
You’ll lead the global intake and portfolio management for BCG’s Learning Experience Design & Operations team. This team creates impactful learning programs for BCGers around the world—ranging from onboarding to leadership development, across both consulting and business services staff. You will ensure our project portfolio is aligned with strategic priorities and our capacity is accurately tracked to inform business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders at the intake stage to understand upcoming learning needs, framing new requests, and helping prioritize what moves forward. You'll support and facilitate staffing discussions to ensure the right teams are matched to the right projects, balancing timelines, expertise, and overall workload. You’ll also partner with learning leaders and project managers to align across regions, flag risks, and drive continuous improvement in our project planning and operations.

- building skills are key to your success. You'll regularly advise senior leadership and use data, tools, and insights to shape how we plan, track, and deliver work as a global team. You’ll also develop and adapt tools and metrics—often in Tableau and Excel—to improve how we track, plan, and communicate work across our global team.
You are good at
- Translating complex, dynamic information into structured plans that help others focus and make better decisions
- Using
- driven insights and tools like Excel and Tableau Prep to evaluate capacity, track KPIs, and drive smarter decisions - Building trust with senior stakeholders and confidently engaging across global teams to align priorities, timelines, and capacities
- Collaborating across diverse teams with empathy and flexibility, while keeping work on track and moving forward
- Communicating clearly and concisely—whether giving a portfolio overview or navigating a capacity discussion with leadership
- Staying organized and calm while juggling multiple priorities, and proactively identifying risks or process gaps
- 5+ years of experience in project, portfolio, or capacity management, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
- A track record of working closely with senior stakeholders to drive planning, prioritization, and
- making - Advanced skills in Excel and Tableau Prep, with the ability to quickly analyze and manipulate data to inform strategic conversations
- Strong analytical mindset, including comfort working with KPIs, operational dashboards, and evolving tools for continuous improvement
- Experience collaborating across teams and functions in a remote or geographically distributed setup
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to tailor your message for different audiences
- Familiarity with tools like Meisterplan, Trello, Slack, and the Microsoft Office suite
Who You'll Work With
You’ll work closely with the Global Learning Experience Design & Operations team—a distributed,
- functional group of around 100 learning professionals who are passionate about delivering
- impact development experiences for BCG staff. In this role, you’ll regularly engage with senior learning leaders from across regions, as well as project managers and other collaborators. You’ll play a key role in aligning global priorities and ensuring our project and capacity planning enables the team to operate at its best.
