What You’ll Do As a 4PL CTO PRISM

• Control traffic and data in the computer systems;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor the various transport processes;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor operational work to ensure complete visibility for those consulting the platform;
  
  
  
  
• Perform and administratively control all steps related to transport processes, including invoicing;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure that allcommunications generated by the database are handled in a timely manner;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure Customer
  Satisfaction, maintaining constant support and proximity to customers through the available means of communication;
  
  
  
  
• Contribute to improving the performance of partners and suppliers to guarantee the effective execution of processes in accordance with the agreed terms.

Must have

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the freight forwarding activity;
  
  
  
  
• 12th Yearof Schooling;
  
  
  
  
• Good command ofspoken and written English;
  
  
  
  
• Good command of
  MS Office tools, especially Excel, and a general facility with computer programmes;
  
  
  
  
• Attentionto detail and accuracy in the execution of tasks;
  
  
  
  
• Organisational skills, dynamism, entrepreneurial and team spirit.
