Global Logistics Operations Expert

As a member of the Ceva Lead Logistics Team within the PRISM 4PL neutral entity, the Contract Manager is the single point of contact between the customer and CLL (4PL neutral contract). In this role you are the main contact for one of our Aerospace & Defense key accounts and have the authority to direct the customer relationship from a strategic, tactical and operational point of view. You will closely interact internally with our operational Control Towers and Support Functions in an international environment to ensure the global needs of the customer are being met by Ceva Lead Logistics in all points as well as the growth of the relationship and volume of business.
What are you going to do?
- Proactively identify opportunities to gain new business with the customer (new added value services, new additional volumes/scopes/Mo
T’s, geographies) and design a Business Development strategy. - Work closely with the Solution Development team to support growth and value creation for the customer.
- Design & implement winning strategies to ensure contract renewals.
- Ensure all services rendered by CT operations are adequately priced and invoiced – monitor scope creep and manage customer expectations.
- Ensure the price of services (rates) is adequately indexed, communicate any general rate increase, and keep track of rate history.
- Ensure comprehensive invoicing of services is performed every invoicing period.
- Monitor on‑time payment of accounts receivable and act as primary contact with the Accounts Receivables department and Account Related Operations Manager on the customer to ensure recovery.
Ownership of the Scope of work and Service Level Agreement with the customer
- Primary responsibility for permanent maintenance of accurate and

- date solution and operating process documentation at each CT operation manager level in related control tower(s). - Liaise with CT managers to ensure correct application in operations of the solution, related processes including WIs, timely implementation of CRs and service performance against contractual engagements (KPIs).
- Monitor productivity indicators and proactively seek to improve these for enhanced profitability through changes in customer behavior, data exchanges, re‑evaluation of needs, effective use of reports, etc.
- Act as the sole go‑to person for the customer to express change requests to the solution in place; manage the request with CT ops, Product Development and BPE, review the estimate, approve the proposed change from IT, price the CR to the customer and ensure formal approval prior to releasing the work order to IT.
Matrix P&L accountability
- Responsible for delivering Gross Margin as per budget on the account across all contracts and operations.
- Primary responsibility on NR evolution, seconded by relevant Control Tower Manager(s).
- Support Control Tower Managers on their productivity objectives and direct operating expense controls.
- Review full P&L performance vs budget on a monthly basis and ensure a waterfall analysis is produced by Finance controlling, perform explanations to business variance (volumes, rates, productivity) vs budget & outlooks.
- Provide 4 quarterly budget revisions (outlook) inputs to regional heads and financial controllers.
- Provide bottom‑up budget guidance from topline perspective and closely collaborate with CT managers at Gross Margin level.
What are we looking for?
- International standard Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Business Development, account management, operations or P&L management in the transport & logistics industry.
- Track record of successful achievements in Air, Ocean & Ground operations.
- Sound understanding of performance management and customer service as key success factors.
