We’re Hiring: Global Market Intelligence Leader – Europe Manpower
Group Portugal is seeking an experienced professional to lead Market Intelligence efforts across Europe in an international, matrixed environment.

This role will manage regional analysts, lead global projects, and collaborate with consulting teams to deliver market insights that support business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Market Intelligence activities across Europe and support global initiatives

• Develop economic insights, market trend analyses, and strategic workforce intelligence

• Oversee the delivery of client presentations, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership content

• Collaborate with Talent Solutions RPO and Global Insights AI teams

• Ensure quality and timely delivery of analyst outputs, and prioritize client needs

• Present insights to internal and external stakeholders

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 10+ years of experience in Market Intelligence and project management

• Proficient with AI tools (e. g. , Chat
GPT, Perplexity), SQL (Snowflake, MS SQL), and Power BI

• Skilled in the Microsoft Office 365 suite

• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Experience working in complex, global matrix environments
