Global mCAD Process Owner
Overview
You will be responsible for the strategic development, standardization, and global alignment of m
CAD processes and tools across Korber Supply Chain (all business units and regions). This role acts as the central point of expertise for mechanical design processes, ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted, and that digital design capabilities support the company’s innovation, efficiency, and quality goals.

Your profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field, providing a strong cross‑functional understanding of both business and technical aspects.
- 5+ years of experience with m
CAD tools and processes, preferably in a global or multi‑site engineering environment. - Proven track record of leading cross‑functional or global process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- User knowledge of ERPs (SAP is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital engineering concepts (e. g. , digital thread, model‑based definition) is a plus.
