About the Role
We are seeking a Global Mobility Manager to own and execute the complex transitions of our global workforce — from contractors to employees — across both direct subsidiaries and Employer-of-Record (EOR) partners. This role is central to our international expansion and employee experience, ensuring relocations, transitions, and compliance processes run smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the

- end process of converting contractors to employees across multiple jurisdictions (direct hires in Spain & Serbia, EOR arrangements in Portugal, UK, Georgia, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, etc. ) - Coordinate employment type changes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Fundraise Up’s internal policies
- Support and manage employee relocations between countries, including visa/work permit processes, housing support, and onboarding into new entities/EORs
- Partner with external vendors, EORs, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless employee mobility experiences
- Act as the operational point of contact for our EOR partners, monitoring SLAs, escalating issues, and ensuring accurate payroll, benefits, and compliance delivery
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and tracking systems
- Standardize and continuously improve mobility and transition processes for scalability
- Advise managers and employees on employment structures, relocation processes, and EOR matters
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and IT to align on compliance, cost, and systems impact
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Global Mobility
- Hands-on experience with EOR models (Remote, Deel, Oyster, etc. ) and direct local employment
- Proven track record in employee relocations, work permits, and
- border HR processes - Strong understanding of international employment law basics and compliance risks
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, parallel transitions
- Comfortable working in a
- paced, scaling Saa
S/startup environment - Fluent in English and Russian; other languages are a plus
