Job Description
Our team helps companies streamline and effectively manage their global mobility programme in a cost‑efficient manner. As a new graduate you will work as part of a problem‑solving team, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution and consulting clients on mobility and tax implications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, practical and proactive individual and employment tax advice to clients on issues relating to globally mobile employees, including double tax treaty agreements, tax residency changes and tax planning.
- Assist mobile employees with their tax returns and ongoing tax matters.
- Work with national, regional and global coordinating teams to manage mobility programs and relationships.
- Assist the immigration team with all types of work and residence permits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, management or business administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
