For this position, we are preferably looking for people who want to embrace a management career, willing to develop and manage teams. **Role**:
- Manage an Operation Unit with responsibility for the P&L;



- Team management: integration in the client, follow up, evaluation, and career development;



- Client relationship management;



- Partner with Hiring Managers to help the flow of the sourcing process;



**Perfil**:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field;



- +2 years of experiencein related roles;



- Experience in the Software Development domain (preferential but not mandatory);



- Fluency in English;

- Proactive,
- driven, and quick learner;
