What You'll Do
As the Global Learning & Development Operations Manager, you will support the successful execution of virtual and hybrid learning events across global teams. Your role will be essential in ensuring consistent,
- quality delivery while maintaining efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
You will oversee learner operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance the overall learning experience. By driving continuous improvement, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation within the Learning & Development function.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage Team: In time you will directly manage and supervise a Global L&D Operations team of between 4-8 members, ensuring efficient delivery of
- quality outputs to stakeholders. - L&D Strategy & Participant Management: Develop and implement effective L&D operations roadmaps while overseeing the global participant lifecycle, including registration, cancellations, logistics, and database management.
- Lead planning and logistics for annual learning calendars, coordinating session dates, resources, and onsite support for
- quality event execution across multiple locations. - Own the learner experience by managing

- end delivery across virtual, hybrid, and
- person programs—ensuring smooth execution, resolving issues, and driving ongoing improvement. - Execute onsite
- person learning events, ensuring smooth logistics,
- quality participant experience, and seamless coordination across multiple venues and stakeholders - Partner with Faculty POCs and vendors to coordinate staffing, session updates, and external support, ensuring alignment on expectations and service quality.
- Collaborate
- functionally with content leads, program manager and Shared Services to align processes, update operational playbooks, and ensure a consistent learner journey.
- Driving operational excellence with a passion for learning new technologies, identifying inefficiencies, and applying structured,
- informed approaches to streamline processes and deliver measurable improvements. - Navigating complexity with confidence, managing logistics, systems, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining momentum and keeping a clear view of strategic goals.
- People development and leadership, leading teams with empathy and clarity to ensure the best learning experience delivery
- Delivering exceptional service and outcomes by being highly organized, a clear communicator, and a trusted collaborator—skilled at influencing across teams and levels to drive alignment and results.
- Adapting to change: you are flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure in evolving environments, anticipating challenges or bottlenecks.
- Working globally: you enjoy collaborating across cultures and time zones, and bring a thoughtful, inclusive mindset to your work.
- 7+ years of experience in learning operations, event management, or a similar role, ideally in a global,
- paced organization - Strong expertise backed with experience in managing virtual learning tools/platforms like SABA, Zoom, Teams, and Trello
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize,
- solve, and deliver results - Excellent stakeholder management abilities across multiple regions and seniority levels
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Tableau) to inform decisions and track operational success
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI or automation is a plus
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on influencing stakeholders
- Team leadership; coaching and supporting team growth and development
A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of Learning at BCG. As a complex matrix structured organization, you will work with broader L&D colleagues and other functional teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others
