Job Description

We are seeking a Global Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing marketing systems. The role involves ensuring data integrity, enabling users, and managing
- platform integrations to support efficient marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure, maintain, and optimize marketing systems
2. Create, manage, document processes, and train users
3. Manage CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance
4. Implement lead scoring, lead sources, chatbots, and automation tactics
5. Manage data imports, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation
6. Ensure data security and governance
7. Communicate with internal teams to identify pain points and prioritize system enhancements
8. Drive
   - platform integrations, including Salesforce, and collaborate with system administrators and data teams
9. Stay updated on data and technology changes affecting marketing tools
10. Participate in evaluating future marketing software solutions

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field
• Proficient in digital marketing automation and marketing technology
• Advanced experience with Hub
  Spot; Salesforce integration is a plus
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, focusing on automation and data analysis
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in business English
