The Global People Data Specialist will play a key role in maintaining and creating people’s
- related data to support strategic
- making within the People & Culture (P&C) function. This role requires familiarity with HRIS platforms. This role is responsible for managing and processing HR service requests submitted through Service
Now HRSD, ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS, and supporting efficient,
- quality global HR operations. A strong focus on data integrity, confidentiality, and responsible handling of personally identifiable information (PII) is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsabilities:
- Manage intake of global HR service requests submitted via Service
Now HRSD, ensuring timely and accurate processing in alignment with established SLAs. - Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of request information and supporting data before HRIS entry.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee records within the HRIS system, with strict adherence to data privacy and protection protocols.
- Handle sensitive employee data, including PII, with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with internal data governance standards and relevant regulations (e. g. , GDPR).
- Monitor request queues and proactively manage workload priorities to meet or exceed service expectations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data entry, system processes, or user submissions, escalating appropriately when needed.
- Analyze intake trends and user behaviors to identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across geographies.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles.
- Maintain organizational structures and
- related master data (e. g. , job roles, departments, reporting lines, cost centers). - Exercise independent judgment in solving complex business and
- related issues. - Collaborate with
- functional teams including P&C, IT, Business Partners, and global stakeholders. - Run data quality assessments and support transformation or migration activities.
- Compare HRIS data with
- country systems or local records to verify accuracy and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in HR operations, HR shared services or HRIS data coordination, preferably in a global context.
- Experience and proficiency in Excel with auditing and validating people data against source systems or local records.
- Strong understanding of data privacy principles and demonstrated experience handling sensitive HR data.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Success
Factors) and service management tools (Service
Now). - Strong analytical and
- solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements. - An understanding and appreciation of cultural nuances and ways of working in different countries.
- An ability to cultivate relationships and navigate a globally complex organization model.
