Your role

Main responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment processes in retail environment from the moment they are opened until the candidate is selected.
- Identifying and contacting the best candidates (job boards, social media, events, etc. ) who match internal needs.
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with schools in line with our Employer Branding strategy.
- Managing internships vacancies with different Universities and Business Schools for our future trainees.

Main requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- At least 4 years of previous experience in recruitment in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Previous experience in retail or retail recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of English and knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.
